Upon installing new headlights on your vehicle, the alignment may become inaccurate, necessitating a check on the aim of the projectors to avoid blinding other drivers. The following steps will guide you in making these adjustments effortlessly and effectively!

IDEAL SETTINGS FOR HEADLIGHT ADJUSTMENTS

To make headlights adjustment it is very important that your vehicle:
• Stationed on the level surface
• Preferably near by a big white or light color wall
• Make sure all the tires pressure are at the correct level

LIGHT BEAMS MARKINGS

To begin, position your car near a white wall. Start by marking both the driver and passenger side beams with tape as a reference and guideline.

Start taping in the middle and along the upper line of the beams. This will serve as a clear reference for adjustment.

PARK 25 FEET FROM THE WALL

After establishing the tape guidelines on both sides of the beams, move your car back approximately 25 feet from the wall, simulating the distance between you and another driver on the road.

LOCATE THE HEADLIGHTS ADJUSTMENT SCREWS

Depending on your vehicle’s headlights, you’ll typically find the adjustment screws located at the back of the headlights. (Refer to the headlights manual for the most accurate location for the adjustment screws)

HEIGHT (VERTICAL) ADJUSTMENT

To adjust the beam height, use the vertical adjustment screws on each headlight. Turn these screws until both the driver and passenger side beams are evenly aligned with the tape guidelines on the wall.

LEFT & RIGHT (HORIZONTAL) ADJUSTMENT

Depending on your vehicle and its headlights, there might be horizontal adjustment screws. To adjust, turn the horizontal adjustment screws until both the driver and passenger side beams are evenly aligned with the tape guidelines on the wall.
